Opportunities for employment with Norwegian People's Aid

  • Expat positions: International staff employed in specialist and leadership position in our Country Programmes. As an employee in an expat position, you have an employment contract that follows the Norwegian Working Environment Act.
  • National positions: Employees are recruited directly through the Country Programme and in compliance with applicable local legislation. More than 90% of our employees are national employees.
  • Head Office positions: Employees working in Oslo or at one of our Regional Offices in Norway.
